Folding Door-Nursery School Class Room Divider

Vinyl Folding Door Standard— Available in a few different material cover options on request.

Large center opening door made to fit under top beam in large Nursery school class,  dividing class room into two sections.

Classroom width is  6m 150 mm and drop/height to beam is 2m 355mm. Door is split in middle and has a lock with a key on one side.

Next to handle there are pull rods on each side of each door,  that assist in opening doors to stack on each end. The Vinyl material covering used is White with a black backing.

Cost of the 2 x doors for this exact size, including metal locks/pull rods etc was  R34 000.00

Delivery and installation  cost in Gauteng for this door was  R3300.00

The drop/height is the critical size, as need to be 15 to 20 mm off the floor, as door does not have a bottom track. Need to accurately measure the drop, at the shortest point of the inside of the door frame and advise us before we manufacture….very important.  Check that your door frame is square, especially if have tiles on the wall, as when install might have to place spacers to ensure is level and square.

Doors come with metal  handles with a key on one side, need to specify the side for the key, when order.

Doors run on top tracks and require Vaseline to be placed in top track, with a screw driver every couple of years to lubricate.

This type of  vinyl door, if treated reasonably, should last between 15 to 20 years or more.
