An Order forwarded to us is only an Order Enquiry. Sale/Purchase only takes place once you have received an email or verbal reply from us, and you then reply confirming that you accept the order. You can edit your order enquiry until you are completely satisfied. When satisfied you then give us a confirmation to proceed. Only after your confirmation, the order can not be altered.
Payment 50% Deposit is payable on order and the balance in full a few days before delivery/ collection. Payment is normally via EFT. We will email you our EFT bank details before delivery. Browse our catalogue under the various category subheadings, click on view on a particular product. This will enlarge the product picture and give the various purchase options. Select the options and then click on add to shopping basket. (Should a desired option not be available that you enquire via an email orders@qaf.co.za or add request on order Enquiry Check Out Final Page) You can add various products to your basket enquiry. When finished shopping click on “checkout”, and you will be asked a few details to enable us to satisfy your Order Enquiry. Your Order Enquiry, will be emailed to us. You can also print and email it to us, or even give Order Enquiry via Whatsapp. Which ever way we receive your order, we will contact you to discuss the order before payment is required. You can delete any items, until you give us the final confirmation to proceed with order. Some of product choice options, are not available on the drop box.( as options choices becomes to large) and once we have received your order enquiry, will confirm the various options to you via email and also supply colour swatches, when available, to assist you in making your choice. On final Order Enquiry Check Out Page there is a box where general comments and request can be added. Please complete as much as possible of “Order Enquiry Check Out” page especially the delivery address,(more detail than less) as it will assist our delivery staff greatly, when it comes to delivery. We use GPS so care must be taken to provide the correct suburb. Please also provide a land Line and Cell Phone if possible. |
Payment & Delivery |
An order confirmation will either be emailed back to you, together with specific information regarding stock availability and anticipated delivery times. At this time you must reconfirm the method of payment. We have a “pre-pay” policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. Order ref no. must be referenced to all payments. |
You will we be contacted on the day of delivery to confirm address and delivery time. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery departure. The delivery personnel will exercise due care at all times while on your property or in residence, but cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen occurrences. |
Pine is a “soft” wood and does scratch and mark easily. There will occasionally be minor scratches and blemishes in the transport and assembly. Colour stains are matched as accurately as possible, however, colours of each piece may vary, due to wood densities, age and by personal perceptions. Pine furniture has “knots” which are more prevalent in certain stains and colours, this, after all, is a natural product and is part of the appeal. |

If an order is cancelled before it is produced no cancellation fee will be charged. |
