High Loft Bunk with Bookcase stairs & desk top

Has easy stair access to bed on top.
Desk and bookshelf make nice working & storage space underneath.
1.8 meter height underneath bed, so most parents do not have to bend head when walking underneath. Can make higher at extra cost.
The top bed is a 3/4 in this picture.
Need a high ceiling in house. Minimum ceiling height around 2.8 meters, if lower suggest lower the bunk height. Also need to ensure passage is wide enough to get bookcase parts into bedroom doorway.
This bunk really make better use of a small room.
